What kind of photo works best?
Send 1–3 sharp photos in natural light, without filters. A front-facing image is best for the face; extra angles help us understand fur colour, markings, ears and other special details.
Will my portrait look exactly like the photo?
Each piece is interpreted by hand in wool. We focus on recognisable markings, expression and character, so small variations are part of what makes every portrait one of a kind.
Can I include a name or special detail?
Yes. Add a name and tell us about a meaningful feature—such as a favorite scarf, collar or expression—when you share your photo.
How long will my custom portrait take?
Please allow roughly two weeks for the handmade portrait and about one week for tracked delivery. Most orders arrive within 20 business days after your photos and design details are confirmed. Remote destinations, customs checks and complex requests may take longer.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. One or two reasonable refinements are included before shipping. Because this is hand-shaped wool, we focus adjustments on recognisable details such as markings, colour balance, expression and small accessories.
Will I see the finished portrait before it ships?
Yes. We send clear final photos for your approval and only dispatch the portrait after you confirm that you are happy with the result.
Is this portrait a toy?
No. The finished piece is decorative wall art. Keep it dry, handle the wool gently and display it away from curious paws.
