Every piece is interpreted by hand. We focus on recognizable markings, expression and character, and show you the finished portrait before shipping.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. One or two reasonable refinements are included before approval and shipping.
How long does it take?
Allow roughly two weeks for making and about one week for tracked delivery. Most orders arrive within 20 business days after details are confirmed.
Can you make pets other than dogs?
Yes. Cats and other companion animals are welcome as long as the reference photos show their features clearly.
Is the portrait a toy?
No. It is decorative wall art and should be kept dry and handled gently.
